Good or Bad

Be wholly in the present
with good or bad
of everyday life.

I wish you would say
you love me.

I deserved better.
I was waking up.
Redemption is something you do.
I started thinking I should
forgive and live
in the present.

Skim over petty troubles
and experience enlightenment.
The troubles we have
give us drama.

This is
one of those moments
when you have to
slow down
and be quiet.

She was a lonely bird
full of unchanging melancholy.
She felt a terrible appeal
to detach from everything.

Open your mind
to the process of attraction
and commit to
happiness.

Take up pen and write,
follow the artist nature.

She was the sort
to fall for
people who ran away.
Love is
a variable so wild
it can feel like breathing
or dying.

To be so wrapped up
in self,
is dangerous: self pity
and sense of woe
betray you.
